Directions:
- Toast the jalapeño and onion in a non-stick skillet. After they are toasted, put into a blender with avocados, lime juice, lemon juice, orange juice, garlic, cilantro and salt. Blend well.
- Chill at least 2 hours before serving. Can be served as a dip with tortilla chips or used as a topping for fajitas.
