Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Using a large container, start by combine the tomatoes, jalapeños, salt, garlic powder, vinegar, onion, cilantro, black pepper, sugar and olive oil.
  2. Mix well and refrigerate overnight. This allows time for the salsa to develop its taste.
  3. Serve with tortilla chips or, as a topping over cottage cheese — AMAZING!
