Brand design projects are usually large, time consuming undertakings requiring broad knowledge of what has been or is being done by others in the category/market you're designing for. There needs to be a deep understanding of elements requested to be developed of how/where they'll be used. And there needs to be a creative passion for the processes of crafting a unified system of design elements like logos, colors, typography, illustration, and photography. The visual identity I created here, if done right, will become the aesthetic embodiment of Heritage Homes positioning and personality for years to come.
